Articles
Article 1
Assign the directors of departments and heads of equivalent provincial-level agencies in Saravane Province related to activities involving foreigners to provide cooperation and facilitate all aspects in accordance with their respective industry responsibilities.
Article 2
Each District Chief is instructed to guide and facilitate the local Labor and Social Welfare and Public Security departments to implement the plan as scheduled. Simultaneously, orders shall be issued to all ethnic groups, organizations, and parties within the district to participate in resolving the aforementioned issues with a high sense of responsibility.
Article 3
Assign village-level administrative bodies to take the lead in disseminating and publicizing relevant documents, regulations, and the purpose of resolving the above issues to local residents and foreigners residing or operating within their jurisdiction, and to supervise, monitor, and fulfill inspection and tracking duties, overseeing the adjustment of status and transitional clearance for foreigners who have obtained temporary activity permits. For those who fail to apply for temporary activity permits and new entrants, handle in accordance with laws and regulations. After the conclusion of this issue-resolution process, if illegal activities by foreigners are discovered in any location, that location shall bear strict liability in accordance with the law.
