Article 1
Assign district chiefs, departments, village groups, and villages to coordinate with each other to investigate individuals and criminal groups stealing high-voltage transmission tower support equipment and distribution lines throughout Saravane Province, and supervise all scrap metal shops and persons possessing electrical equipment; if discovered, report to law enforcement officers or village-level authorities, coordinate with power workers in the respective areas to inspect and detain involved persons, and initiate cases in accordance with legal provisions.
Article 2
The governors of the eight districts across the province and the heads of various departments are tasked with issuing orders and notices to ensure that villages, departments, companies, factories, and offices within their jurisdictions are informed.
Article 3
Management committees shall be established at the district level, village group level, and in villages through which high-voltage transmission lines and distribution lines pass, composed of personnel from relevant departments, with the village taking the lead, to conduct regular and continuous tracking and inspection of targets of unlawful groups, in order to report to the Southern Power Transmission System Management Office, substations, the Provincial Power Transmission System Management Section, or power personnel in the energy and mineral sector for awareness.
