In order to manage the registered tourism resources of Attapeu Province in compliance with laws and regulations, and to create conditions for the development of the aforementioned tourist attractions in accordance with future tourism development plans, the Provincial Governor issues the following order:

Absolutely prohibit unauthorized legal persons or individuals from entering, encroaching upon, or occupying land plots in the Tha Hua Khong Waterfall (Boun Aen Nong Hua Muang Village) tourist area of Samakkhixay District—this area has been surveyed, demarcated, and marked with boundary posts by the Provincial Tourism Department in coordination with relevant provincial and district sectors and village authorities, covering an area of 718 hectares. This is because the area is state reserve land, to be developed as a tourist attraction in the future.
Article 3
Absolutely prohibit unauthorized legal entities or individuals from encroaching upon or occupying the tourist area plots around the foot of Phu Sa Phong Mountain in Bonsivile Village, Samakixay District—these plots, covering an area of 61.37 hectares, have been surveyed, demarcated, and marked with boundary posts by the Provincial Tourism Department in coordination with relevant provincial and district departments and the village administration; the area around the foot of Phu Sa Phong Mountain still requires re-surveying. Because this area is state reserve land, it will be developed as a tourist area in the future.
