Articles

Article 1

The Provincial Finance Department and the Lao National Logistics Enterprise (L.N.L.E.) are assigned to launch truck parking services at the Fourth Friendship Bridge International Border Checkpoint from March 1, 2016.

Article 2

For those parking and loading/unloading cargo at the parking lot of the Fourth Friendship Bridge International Border Checkpoint, service fees shall be collected in accordance with Notification No. 1291/MOIC.INT dated August 5, 2008, of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, with details as follows: 1/ Fee rates for parking and storage services: — Trucks of the trailer/semi-trailer type: 118,000 Kip per vehicle per trip; — 12-wheel trucks: 102,000 Kip per vehicle per trip; — 10-wheel trucks: 72,000 Kip per vehicle per trip; — 6-wheel trucks: 64,000 Kip per vehicle per trip; — 4-wheel trucks: 40,000 Kip per vehicle per trip. The above-mentioned types of vehicles shall be charged according to this provision, with a parking period of 3 days within the parking lot; exceeding this period will incur additional storage fees.

Article 3

If mechanical lifting equipment is used for loading and unloading, the service fee shall be collected in accordance with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce’s Notification No. 1291/MOIC.DT dated August 5, 2008.
