Articles
Article 1
Assign responsibility to strengthen propaganda to cadres, soldiers, police, and people of all ethnic groups living in and around protected forests, in multiple forms, regarding the Forestry Law, the Law on Terrestrial and Aquatic Wildlife, and various regulations, orders, and rules on the management of national protected forests, aquatic and terrestrial wildlife, to ensure comprehensive understanding and awareness.
Article 2
Assigns the Provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment, in coordination with relevant departments, to urgently re-plan, survey, and demarcate the Nam Khan National Protected Forest and complete this task as soon as possible, jointly managing and inspecting the protected forest according to the zoning plan, by erecting boundary posts and signs to make it practically clear and definite, such as: absolute no-logging zones, management and use zones, connection zones, buffer zones, and other areas as determined by the zoning plan, in order to prevent encroachment and damage to the Nam Khan National Protected Forest.
Article 3
Assigns relevant authorities to re-inspect the boundary markers of the Nam Kan National Protected Forest previously established, and if any changes or damage are found, they shall be repaired or re-erected.
