Articles
Article 1

Article 2
Order military and police personnel to fulfill their duties in managing combat weapons and hunting weapons, and strictly regulate the manufacture of hunting guns to bring them under standardized management, in order to prevent the use of combat weapons for hunting wildlife.
Article 3
The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, in coordination with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, is tasked with further strengthening inspections of the buying and selling of hunting equipment for aquatic and wildlife species of an exterminatory nature, firearm accessories, or ammunition, and taking corresponding measures to handle violators in accordance with laws and regulations.
