Article 1

Article 2
Under no circumstances shall logging or burning of trees that have withered and shed leaves due to the cold weather of the previous month be permitted for timber business units, wood processing factories, individuals, or any department, especially in Muang Nonghaet District, Muang Mok District, Muang Khun District, and other districts; whether located in prohibited forests, protection forests, production forests, village-use forests, or other forest lands, logging and burning are strictly prohibited.
Article 3
District chiefs in their respective districts are tasked with taking the core role, responsible for leading, directing, and mobilizing relevant departments and even the local population, formulating management plans and establishing regulatory measures to prevent various forms of forest land encroachment, such as: falsely claiming dead trees to defraud the state of timber, illegal logging and transportation of timber, slash-and-burn farming, and illegal reclamation of production land.
