Article 1
Article 67, paragraph 2 (as amended in 2015); Pursuant to the Law on Government (Amended) No. 69/NA, dated December 15, 2015; Pursuant to the proposal of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly No. 024/SCNA, dated April 8, 2016. The President of the Lao People's Democratic Republic hereby promulgates this Presidential Decree.
Article 2
This Presidential Decree is promulgated to amend the terms stipulated in the Law on Government (Amended Version) No. 69/NA, dated December 15, 2015.
Article 3
The terms amended in the Government Law (Revised Version) are as follows: 1. "Government Office" is changed to "Office of the Prime Minister"; 2. "Minister, Director of the Government Office" is changed to "Minister, Director of the Office of the Prime Minister"; 3. "Standing Minister of the Government Office" is changed to "Standing Minister of the Office of the Prime Minister".
