Articles
Article 1
From December 1, 2015, it is prohibited for all department heads and district governors to issue any documents permitting the cutting of various types of timber, under any conditions, without government approval; all regulatory documents issued by provincial, departmental, and local district authorities that conflict with Notification No. 1843/ຫລບ dated November 2, 2015, shall be revoked.
Article 2
All timber quotas previously approved by provincial, departmental, and district authorities for infrastructure construction projects, but not yet executed and not approved by the government, shall be revoked.
Article 3
Instruct the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Agriculture and Forestry, Department of Finance, Department of Industry and Commerce, district governors, relevant industry sectors, and all timber business operators to take the lead in implementing the Government Office's Notice No. 1843/ຫລບ dated November 2, 2015.
