Article 1
Purpose. This Agreement stipulates the principles, regulations, and measures concerning the establishment, operation, and management of the Potassium Fluoride Revolving Fund, aiming to establish a fund to adequately procure potassium fluoride, meet the needs of salt producers nationwide, ensure that the people can consume quality iodized and fluoridated salt, and contribute to the gradual improvement of the lives of the people in Laos.
Article 2
Potassium Fluoride Revolving Fund. The Potassium Fluoride Revolving Fund consists of potassium fluoride and funds, hereinafter referred to as the "Fluoride Fund", which is a fund accumulated through assistance from international organizations, the state budget, and other sources of funds, and is managed by the Management Committee of the Potassium Fluoride Revolving Fund.
Article 3
Definition of Terms: For the purposes of this agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below: 1.
