Chemical management refers to the implementation of measures concerning the business operation of chemicals and the correct use of chemicals in accordance with technical expertise, to ensure safety for health, life, property, the environment, and society.

Article 3. Interpretation of Terms
The terms used in this Law shall have the following meanings: 1. Chemicals: refer to substances, compounds, and mixtures that occur naturally or are artificially produced, existing in solid, liquid, or gaseous states; 2. Element: refers to a substance composed of the same element; and other related terms.
