Article 1
Decision on the collection of water meter management fees by the Xieng Khouang Provincial State Water Supply Enterprise, as follows: — For diameters of 80 millimeters and above, the applicable rate is 9,000 Kip per month. — For diameters of 25 millimeters, the applicable rate is 3,500 Kip per month. — For diameters of 20 millimeters, the applicable rate is 3,000 Kip per month. — For diameters of 18 millimeters, the applicable rate is 2,000 Kip per month.
Article 2
Entrust the Xieng Khouang Provincial State-Owned Water Supply Enterprise to be responsible for issuing notices, conducting publicity to inform the whole society, and responsible for organizing implementation, commencing the collection of water supply fees from February 2015.
Article 3
All parties involved, including state agencies, private sector entities, and the people using tap water services within Xieng Khouang Province, shall be informed and cooperate to ensure the successful implementation of this Agreement.
