Article 1 National Frequency Allocation Table
The National Frequency Allocation Table is detailed in Annex A. The characteristics of the National Frequency Allocation Table are as follows:
- Column 1 indicates the allocated frequency bands;
- Column 2 indicates the international frequency allocation in Region 3;
- Column 3 indicates the frequency allocation of the Lao PDR;
- Upright letters indicate services classified as primary services in that frequency band. Italic letters indicate services classified as secondary services in that frequency band;
- Numbers in Column 2 refer to additional explanations from Article 5.53 to Article 5.565, detailed in Annex D;
- Brackets in Column 3 refer to additional explanations of the Lao PDR from Article 1 to Article 16, detailed in Annex C.

Article 6 Implementation
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications is assigned to organize the implementation and management of the use of this agreement to make it effective.

Article 3 Effect
This agreement shall enter into force from the date of signature and after being published in the Official Gazette for fifteen days.
