Article 1
Purpose. It aims to promote the modernization of the wood processing industry, gradually increase added value, protect the environment, and utilize forest resources efficiently and sustainably, thereby contributing to the sustained growth of the national economy.

Wood products refer to new products that, through processes or production lines in wood processing factories, are transformed from raw materials or semi-finished products from their original state into products that can meet consumer needs or be sold as commodities. Wood products are divided into several types, kinds, and forms, each with clear specifications.
