Articles
Article 1
Purpose. This Decree stipulates principles and systems concerning official document work to ensure systematic, efficient, and unified management, tracking, inspection, preservation, and reproduction (archiving) of official documents nationwide.
Article 2
Official Documents. Official documents refer to documents created by the Party, the State, mass organizations, social organizations, legal persons, or individuals and used in official work.
Article 3
Principles of official document work. Official document work shall adhere to the following principles: 1. Conformity with policies, the Constitution, laws, and various regulations; 2. Implementation of centralized and unified management; 3. Systematic preservation and timely provision of materials; 4. Effective protection of confidential information in official documents.
