Article 1 Purpose
This Law prescribes principles, regulations, and measures for the management, monitoring, and inspection of road work, including planning, surveying, design, construction, and development, in order to ensure quality, safety, economy, transparency, and environmental protection, to guarantee convenient transportation from the central to provincial and capital levels, connecting towns with rural and remote areas, capable of linking with regional and international standards, and contributing to national defense, maintenance of peace, and national economic and social development.
