Articles
Article 1
Hongsa District, Ngeun District, Paklay District, Botene District, and Saysathan District shall implement the policy of free childbirth and free medical treatment for children under five years old, commencing organization and implementation from March 1, 2013, while implementing two target groups: namely, women giving birth and children under five years old, and organizing implementation at public health service institutions at all levels.
Article 2
The district level must promptly organize and widely disseminate the policies on free childbirth and free medical treatment for children under five years old to medical personnel, administrative agencies, and the general public, based on the January 2013 edition of the handbook, but with the cancellation of subsidies to village-level "Village Women's Associations" (ອ ສ ບ).
Article 3
This policy does not include (does not apply to) members who have already participated in any type of health insurance.
