Articles
Article 1
Approval for the State-owned Enterprise Development Lottery Company to adjust the deposit guarantees for various development lottery sales: adjust the deposit guarantee of 1.5% of the sales value and the deposit guarantee of 10% of the prize value to 20% of the sales value per period; and regulate the establishment of agents for various development lottery sales, with an activity period of three years per term, subject to renewal only after inspection and evaluation of past performance and the asset and liability values of the sales agent; if a sales agent does not meet the standards or lacks sufficient conditions, the State-owned Enterprise Development Lottery Company shall revoke the authorization in accordance with regulations.
Article 2
Directing all agencies of the Ministry of Finance, state-owned enterprise lottery companies, and provincial and capital finance departments to jointly strictly organize the implementation of this supplementary directive.
Article 3
This supplementary instruction replaces item 1 of Article (5) of Instruction No. 1332/Finance, dated June 17, 2009, and shall take effect from the date of the Minister's signature.
