Nam Boun 49,234, Phongsaly; 2. Na Sanban-Palan 109,339, Phongsaly; 3. Phou Lat-Long Moun 20,150, Luang Namtha; 4. Na Fa 24,649, Luang Namtha; 5. Sai Nakhan 64,043, Luang Prabang; 6. Phou Luang Tai 83,017, Luang Prabang; 7. Nong Ta Ngok 58,000, Champasak; 8. Houay Pen 89,532, Sekong; 9. Pong 16,990, Sekong; 10. Dak Chang 38,461, Sekong; 11. Phou Ka Teum 21,338, Sekong; 12. Article 2
Assign the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry as the lead agency, coordinating with provincial administrative agencies and relevant departments to conduct surveys, prepare zoning plans, and carry out sustainable management to achieve effective results.
Article 3
All ministries, agencies equivalent to ministries, provinces, Vientiane Capital, and other relevant departments shall be informed, provide cooperation, and jointly implement this Decree to achieve good results.
