On Determination of Wholesale Prices of All Types of Development Lottery Tickets.
- Pursuant to Resolution No. 947/ປສລ of the Council of Ministers, dated 14/12/1982, on Printing and Distribution of Development Lottery Tickets.
- Pursuant to Decree No. 127/ນຍ of the Prime Minister, dated 03/10/2000, on Organization and Operation of the Ministry of Finance.
- Pursuant to Instruction No. 1842/ກາ, dated 28/11/2000, on Bringing the Development Lottery Business under Direct Management of the State, Province and District.
- Pursuant to the Minutes of the First National Development Lottery Meeting, dated 24-25/12/2002.
- Pursuant to the Fourth Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Development Lottery State Enterprise, dated 02/5/2003.
- Pursuant to the Proposal No. 173/ທພນ of the Development Lottery State Enterprise, dated 29/4/2003.
The Minister of Finance decides:
Article 2
Article 1. Agree to let the Development Lottery State Enterprise wholesale all types of development lottery tickets to sales branches at the following commission rates based on the value received for sale per draw:
1.1 Provinces with developing economies: Xaysomboun Special Zone, Phongsaly Province, Houaphanh Province, Luang Namtha Province, Oudomxay Province, Xiengkhouang Province, Bokeo Province, Xayaboury Province, Bolikhamxay Province, Sekong Province and Attapeu Province.

Article 2. The Development Lottery State Enterprise shall enter into direct contracts with sales branches, provincial finance departments, capital and special zone, and together provide guidance and strictly implement.
