Articles
Article 1
This Decree establishes the management and facilitation system for sending Lao workers to work abroad, aiming to promote employment, enhance the labor skills of Lao citizens, forge their professional and technical capabilities, and develop Lao labor skills through conditions of international cooperation.
Article 2
Protection of the legitimate interests of individuals and legal persons authorized to send Lao workers to work abroad, as well as workers legally sent to work abroad under this Decree.
Article 3
Lao workers who are to work abroad must meet the following conditions:
- Be a Lao national;
- Be at least eighteen years of age;
- Have an educational level above complete primary school graduation;
- Be in good health;
- Be a good citizen.
