Articles
Article 1
Service fees of the Bank of the Lao PDR are adjusted and improved, with details as follows:
(1) Account management service fees
1. Issuance of deposit certificate: 10,000 Kip per time per account;
2. Sending documents abroad by fax: 50,000 Kip per page per time;
3. Account reconciliation: 10,000 Kip per time per month.
(2) Remittance service fees
1. Outward remittance service fee: 240,000 Kip per time;
2. Remittance to other provinces by telephone or fax: 15,000 Kip per time;
3. Remittance to international organizations with customer accounts in the Lao PDR: 30,000 Kip per time.
(3) Clearing center service fees
1. Head office membership fee: 2,000,000 Kip per year;
2. Branch membership fee: 2,000,000 Kip per year.
(4) Service fees for issuing certificates for disbursement of Japanese government aid funds
1. Issuance: 0.12% of the amount plus 25,000 Japanese Yen;
2. Issuance.
(5) Others
1. Checkbook production cost: 30,000 Kip per book;
2. Transfer authorization letter production cost: 60,000 Kip per book.
Article 2
This Agreement shall take effect from the date of its signing.
