Articles
Article 1
Purpose. This Agreement stipulates the rules for commercial banks and deposit-taking financial institutions in granting loans and investing in securities, aiming to limit the risks that may arise from granting loans and investing in securities, and to ensure the soundness and safety of commercial banks and deposit-taking financial institutions.
Article 2
Loans for Investment in Securities. Commercial banks and deposit-taking financial institutions shall not directly or indirectly grant loans to natural persons or legal persons for the purpose of investing in securities.
Article 3
Securities Investment. Commercial banks and deposit-taking financial institutions may invest in securities on the securities market, but the proportion shall not exceed 15% of Tier 1 capital.
