Article 1
Purpose. This Decision stipulates principles, regulations, and measures regarding the establishment, management, and inspection of livestock farms, including technical standards for all aspects of farms of various scales, in order to ensure that livestock farming business operations comply with the provisions of the Law on Livestock and Veterinary Medicine, aiming to provide quality livestock products that are safe for consumers, while ensuring environmental protection, and contributing to the stable development of the national economy and society.
Article 2
Management of livestock farming operations. Management of livestock farming operations refers to the regulations and procedures for establishing livestock farms in accordance with technical specifications, including good farming practices, such as: application for permits, issuance of licenses, establishment of farm standards, conditions for carrying out farming activities, fulfillment of obligations, rights and obligations of farm operators, and the management and inspection system of state administrative agencies at all levels.
Article 3
Definition of terms. The meanings of the terms used in this decision are as follows: ([source-scan damaged]).
