Articles
Article 1
All departments, bureaus, research institutes, and provincial and capital agriculture and forestry offices shall attach great importance to and effectively strengthen organizational work, comprehensively promote single-seedling transplanting intensive rice cultivation techniques to farmers, and organize training, seminars, and experience exchange activities.
Article 2
Establishing a central-level steering committee responsible for guiding, supervising, tracking, and evaluating the intensive rice cultivation using single-seedling transplanting; entrusting the Department of Cultivation, the Department of Irrigation, and the Extension Department as the core coordinating bodies of this committee.
Article 3
Provincial and Capital Agriculture and Forestry Departments shall establish provincial and capital-level steering committees, entrusting the Directors of the provincial and capital Agriculture and Forestry Departments as the core, to coordinate and cooperate with relevant local departments and district agriculture and forestry offices to form the committee.
