Article 1

Article 2
Conduct detailed tracking and understanding of the production, purchase, sale, and price conditions of various types of rice (including from farmers and in ordinary markets), in order to report regularly to the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
Article 3
In coordination with relevant industry sectors, particularly the agriculture and forestry sector, study and calculate the cost price of local rice production to achieve uniformity, and use this as a basis for determining purchase and sale prices, properly safeguarding the interests of producers, consumers and the State.
