Article 1

Article 2
Definition of Terms: 1. Drinking water production process refers to: the technological method of treating water through production steps to obtain clean drinking water that meets the pure drinking water standards promulgated by the Ministry of Health. 2. Raw water used for production and processing into drinking water refers to: tap water, well water, or groundwater, which must be clean and safe for human health. 3. Packaging containers refer to: transparent plastic bottles, frosted (opaque) bottles, glass bottles, transparent plastic cups, and other containers. 4. R.O. (Reverse Osmosis) refers to: filtration devices with a pore size of 0.0001 microns for filtering various heavy metals, having the ability to remove and reduce various dissolved substances in water. 5. Ozone refers to: equipment capable of removing various heavy metals (such as iron, manganese, etc.), which dissolves into oxygen after reacting in water, leaving no harmful residues in water treated by the ozone process, and killing various bacteria. 6. Ultraviolet (UV) refers to: equipment that uses rays to kill various bacteria in water.
Article 3
Location of drinking water production plants: A drinking water production plant must be situated in a spacious area, with a site area of at least 400 square meters, and be suitable for the business operations. It must have access to electricity and water, convenient transportation, and must not obstruct traffic flow, while also ensuring safety, environmental hygiene, and causing no noise disturbance to others. Additionally, it must comply with the Urban Planning Law and other relevant regulations. For plants using groundwater or well water to produce drinking water, they must be located at least 30 meters away from sewage ditches, ponds (cesspits), livestock pens, cemeteries, and other sources of pollution.
