Article 1. The Lao National Single Window (LNSW) system aims to manage the
import and export of various types of goods. Initially to apply the system in
managing the import of vehicles at the Friendship Bridge 1 international customs
checkpoint as a pilot. Once the implementation is successful, the system should
be extended to international customs checkpoints across the country.

Article 2. Relevant government agencies must provide instructions on licensing,
certification, and tax declaration procedures related to their responsibilities
simply and consistently by laws and regulations.
Article 3
Article 3. All fees of customs duties, taxes, services, and other obligations of
import and export of commodities that need to pay to the State Budget through
the LNSW. This system is linked to an electronic tax declaration system
(ASYCUDA) and a smart payment system (SmartTax).
