Article 1

Article 2
This Agreement replaces the relevant content of Regulation No. 849/ຄຂປກ (promulgated on March 5, 2002) concerning 22-wheel/6-axle freight trailers.
Article 3
The Public Works and Transport Departments of the provinces and Vientiane Capital are tasked with strictly implementing this agreement, and the Department of Transport is tasked with tracking, inspecting, and supervising to ensure good results in the implementation work.
