Article 1
Article 1: Agree to repeal the instruction of the Ministry of Finance on the management of imports
for export vehicles, No.1409/MOF, dated 10 May 2018;
Article 2
Article 2: These companies that used to import for export vehicles must repeal import vehicles for
export to the third countries from the date of signing this Decision onwards (Toyota Lao Thani Co.,
Ltd., Lao Toyota Services Co., Ltd., Toyota Champa Co., Ltd. and Lao International Logistics Co.,
Ltd., etc).
Article 3
Article 3: assign the Department of Customs to summarize the implementation in the past then report
to the Government by the notification of the Prime Minister’s Office, No. 358/MOF, dated 13 March
2018, specific number 4;
