Articles
Article 1
Approval of the Scope and Boundaries of the Vientiane Municipal Comprehensive Land Use Master Plan (including planned land use up to 2010, specific zoning, urban drainage system, and other related matters).
Article 2
The Vientiane City Office of the Cabinet is entrusted to collaborate with the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, and relevant sectoral departments to establish a land use management mechanism, and to prepare detailed zoning plans as well as detailed plans for various infrastructure projects, which shall be published and implemented upon approval.
Article 3
All relevant departments shall be informed, provide cooperation, and jointly organize implementation.
