Articles
Article 1
Approval is granted for the collection of the following types of radio frequency usage fees:
- GSM 900 and GSM (mobile telephone system) radio frequency usage fees... 120,000 Kip/MHz.
- Other standard mobile telephone radio frequency usage fees... 100,000 Kip/MHz.
- Wireless high-speed communication system (WiMAX and similar systems) radio frequency usage fees... 50,000 Kip/MHz.
Article 2
The Department of Telecommunications and Internet is tasked with organizing the implementation of this Decision to ensure good results.
Article 3
This Decision shall take effect as of January 1, 2010; all other decisions previously in effect that conflict with this Decision shall be repealed.
