Article 1
Purpose. This Agreement stipulates the usage fees for telephone numbers and internet codes approved for use by the National Post and Telecommunications Bureau (ອປທ), in order to align them with current usage conditions.
Article 2
Collection of fees for the use of telecommunications numbers and internet codes. All individuals, legal entities, and various organizations authorized to use telecommunications numbers and internet codes of the National Post and Telecommunications Bureau must pay fees according to the rates listed in the tables below.
Table 1: Telecommunications Number Usage Fee Rates (per year), Item/Kip: Mobile telephone network numbers (prefixes 2, 5, 7, 9) 5,000,000; Special numbers or three-digit, four-digit, and other special numbers 100,000.
Table 2: Internet Code Usage Fee Rates (per year), Item/Kip: Top-level internet codes 10,000,000.
Article 3
Conditions for the use of telecommunications numbers and internet codes. Individuals, legal persons, and all types of organizations must pay the fees for the use of telecommunications numbers and internet codes to the State Postal and Telecommunications Bureau in full before activating the service.
