Article 2 Liquefied Petroleum Gas Business
Liquefied petroleum gas business means the business of importing and selling liquefied petroleum gas.

Article 2 Definition of Terms
The terms used in this agreement are defined as follows:
1. Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) means a type of finished fuel suitable for heating in household and various industrial uses, classified by type as specified in national standards;
2. LPG storage means a specific place designed and constructed according to technical standards for receiving, storing, filling into cylinders, and distributing LPG to supply society;
3. LPG cylinder means a container for LPG with a filling capacity not exceeding 48 kg per cylinder;
4. LPG cylinder valve means the accessory fitted to seal the opening of an LPG cylinder before sale;
5. Color of LPG cylinder means a specific color designated by the LPG importing company to distinguish its LPG cylinders;
6. Trademark means any trademark symbol that has been registered.

Article 3 Scope of Application
This agreement applies to individuals, legal entities and organizations, both domestic and foreign, that conduct liquefied petroleum gas business in the Lao PDR.
