Article 2 Inspection and Certification of Rubber Quality
Inspection and certification of rubber quality means the monitoring, inspection and certification of the quality of rubber produced, processed, imported, exported and distributed to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, national, regional and international standards.

Article 2 Scope of Application
This agreement applies to individuals, legal entities and organizations, both domestic and foreign, engaged in the business of production, processing, import, export and distribution of rubber in the Lao PDR.

Article 3 Types of Rubber
Rubber has the following six types:
1. Fresh latex;
2. Cup lump;
3. Crepe and smoked sheet;
4. Compressed dry rubber block;
5. Sheet obtained from coagulation and latex;
6. Rubber sheet, rubber block and scrap compressed dry rubber block.
