Inspection and certification of characteristics of hydrocarbon and chemical solvents are the management, monitoring, and technical inspection to conduct testing and certification of characteristics of hydrocarbon and chemical solvents used for the production and processing of fuel.

Article 2 Definition of Terms
The terms used in this agreement are defined as follows:
1. Hydrocarbon solvent means a petrochemical product obtained from a certain petroleum fraction, having characteristics similar to kerosene and gasoline;
2. Certification of characteristics of hydrocarbon solvents and chemicals means the certification of the identity and specific properties of any product to comply with national, regional and international standards.
