Registration, inspection and certification of radiation generators are the tracking, checking and recording of information on the registration, inspection and certification of radiation generators to ensure compliance with national, regional and international standards.

Article 2 Definition of Terms
The terms used in this agreement are defined as follows:
1. Radiation generator means an instrument or device that, after receiving energy, emits radiation, such as X-ray machines, light radiation product machines, machines, or others.
2. Radiation generator business operator means a person, legal entity, or organization that conducts business related to the production, import, export, distribution, and service of radiation generators.

Article 3 Scope of Application
This agreement applies to individuals, legal entities and organizations, both domestic and foreign, engaged in the business of production, import, export, distribution and service of radiation generators in the Lao PDR.
