Article 1 Purpose
This contract is established to serve as a reference for the activities of the contracting parties in production/processing, whereby Party A has land/labor/capital/means of production/techniques/harvesting/tools and production machinery/processing and market (at least two elements) to jointly invest with Party B. Party B has land/labor/capital/means of production/techniques/harvesting/tools and production machinery/processing and market (at least two elements) to jointly invest with Party A. To serve as a reference for the operations of the contracting parties concerning production, aiming to reduce risks in investment in production, processing, and agricultural services, increase market access, and establish production standards, product standards, and prices.

Article 3 Transport of Goods and Payment
Each transport of goods must be signed and confirmed by both the deliverer (transporter) and the receiver, whereby the transporter shall be responsible for the transport costs of the goods from the sender from the origin to the destination or to the point of delivery.
Quantity of goods: The sender must supply to the transporter not less than ................ kg/trip.
