Article 56 Effect
This agreement shall take effect from September 4, 2011, and has been officially registered.
This agreement replaces the following agreements: Agreement on Import and Distribution of ICT Equipment No. 3210/PTS, dated November 16, 2016; Agreement on Licensing of Internet Information Center Operations No. 590/PTS, dated March 18, 2016; Agreement on Software Business and Internet Information Service Centers No. 143/PTS, dated January 20, 2017; Agreement on ICT Installation and Repair Services No. 2234/PTS, dated July 10, 2017; and Agreement on ICT Consulting and Training Business No. 295/PTS, dated February 10, 2017.
