Article ມາດຕາ 1
Article 2 Contribution of Registered Capital
Contribution of registered capital is the contribution by the owner of a sole proprietorship, the partners of a partnership, and the shareholders of a company, in cash and in kind, into the capital of the enterprise after the enterprise has been registered, which capital must be real and fully contributed as stipulated in the law on enterprises.
The registered capital of a sole proprietorship, a partnership, and a company must not be borrowed in the name of that enterprise to contribute as registered capital.

Article 2 Definition of Terms
The terms used in this agreement have the following meanings:
1. Registered capital in cash means the currency of the enterprise owner, shareholders and shareholders;
2. Registered capital in kind means movable property and immovable property owned by the enterprise owner, shareholders and shareholders;
3. Failure to contribute registered capital means that the enterprise owner, shareholders or shareholders fail to contribute capital, fail to pay shares according to their own proportion as the registered capital of the enterprise after registering the enterprise as stipulated in this agreement.

Article 4 Scope of Application
This agreement applies to enterprises, including individuals, legal entities and organizations, both domestic and foreign, that have registered their enterprise in the Lao PDR.
