Article 1 Scope of Application
Article 43 paragraph 11, Article 44 paragraph 10 and Article 45 paragraph 10 regarding details of anti-corruption activities, investigation of corruption cases, and money laundering related to corruption shall be implemented in accordance with the Law on Anti-Corruption and other relevant laws, and the Guidance of the State Inspection Authority No. 27/ອກລ, dated 30 January 2018, on handling corruption cases and money laundering related to corruption.
