Article 1 Policy and Compensation Unit Price
Policy and compensation unit price for properties affected by the construction project of 6 old bridges along National Highway No. 13, which is Vientiane Highway No. 3, stipulating conditions and compensation unit price for affected persons from construction of land, trees and structures.

Article 2 Definitions
In this agreement, the terms have the following meanings:
1. "ASEAN Highway No. 15" means ASEAN Highway No. 15;
2. "Affected person" means an individual, legal entity, or organization that has suffered damage to any property from the activities of a development project;
3. "National highway" means a road connecting the capital to provincial towns, between provinces, and main strategic roads that serve the national interest, defense, security, international interests, and have economic-social importance and connect to international border crossings and between countries;
4. "Reserved area on both sides of the national highway" means the determination of the national highway area with a width of 25 meters (twenty-five meters) on each side from the centerline of the road outward;
5. "Industrial tree and fruit tree property" means various types of trees planted and utilized by the owner, such as fruit trees, industrial trees, with an age of one year or more;
6. "Public utility system" means the provision of necessary public service facilities such as electricity, water supply, telephone, national transmission line (fiber optic cable), and others.

Article 4 State Policy
The State promotes and facilitates investors in the development of construction projects to build new bridges to replace 6 old bridges along National Highway No. 8, which is ASEAN Highway No. 15 (24115), in accordance with the objectives, contributing in accordance with laws and regulations;
