Article 2 Management of the Provincial Trade Union Mutual Aid Fund
The management of the Provincial Trade Union Mutual Aid Fund is the management of fundraising, accumulation, and utilization of the fund to assist and relieve the families of deceased fund members.

Article 4 State Policy
1. The State promotes and facilitates the activities of the relief fund of the provincial trade union federation to be correct, in accordance with laws and regulations, and sustainable.
2. The State encourages and facilitates trade union members in all levels of organizations within the province to become members of the relief fund of the provincial trade union federation.
3. The State broadly opens for all sectors to express opinions and propose various issues in order to achieve consensus in the organization and implementation of the relief fund work of the provincial trade union federation.
4. The State protects the legitimate rights and interests of fund members and organizations within the province to receive justice in accordance with laws and regulations.

Article 3 Basic Principles
The management of charitable funds shall follow the following basic principles:
1. Ensure correctness, conformity with state policies, laws and regulations;
2. Be voluntary and fulfill obligations to the charitable fund;
