Article 1 Purpose
This agreement is issued to implement the law on anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism regarding cash transactions exceeding the prescribed limit.

Article 2 Cash Transactions Exceeding the Prescribed Limit
Cash transaction means the provision of services by a reporting unit to its customers in cash, in the currency of Kip or foreign currency, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, exchange of money or coins, purchase and sale of checks, and other transactions using cash.
Cash transaction exceeding the prescribed limit means a cash transaction conducted with a value of three hundred million (300,000,000) Kip or equivalent or more per transaction.
