Article 1 Adopt the draft decision of the Governor of Khammouane Province on the allocation of order in the urban area of Khammouane Province by a majority of votes.

Article 2 Implementation
1. Assign the provincial administrative organs to direct the relevant provincial departments and district administrative organs to strictly implement this resolution;
2. Assign the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Assembly, the various committees, the National Assembly members' constituency committees and the Provincial People's Assembly members to monitor and inspect the implementation of this resolution strictly in accordance with their roles and scope of authority.
