Article 2 City Pillar and Ong Keo Monument.
City Pillar: is an outstanding work of art, culture and architecture, symbolizing unity, a culture with unique identity, and a spiritual center for all ethnic groups of Sekong Province;
Ong Keo Monument: is an outstanding work of art, culture and history, a place commemorating the merits of individuals in important historical events of the nation, a center of unity, affirming the strength and courage of national heroes in the struggle to protect the homeland.

Article 3 Explanation of terms.
The terms used in this agreement have the following meanings:
1. "Sculpture" means the act of molding, casting, or carving to create works and products;
2. "Architecture" refers to artistic constructions that are outstanding in culture and history, associated with the lifestyle of the Lao multi-ethnic people, ancestors, and national heroes;
3. "Sacred site" means a place of worship for the people, linked to religious activities, customs, and historical traces;
