Article 1

Article 1 Purpose (Amended)
This Law stipulates the principles, rules, and measures regarding the management and supervision of the protection of children's rights and interests, so that such work is organized and implemented efficiently and effectively, ensuring comprehensive protection, assistance, and development for children, enabling alignment with regional and international standards, and contributing to the country's socio-economic development.

Article 2

Article 2 Protection of Children’s Rights and Interests (New)
Protection of children’s rights and interests refers to the use of various methods and/or measures to ensure that children receive protection, assistance, and development, enabling them to be physically and mentally sound, possess revolutionary moral qualities, knowledge, and abilities, and to live safely and with quality in society, becoming outstanding successors of the nation.
