Article 1 Management of Foreign Exchange Income from Export of Goods and Services
Management of foreign exchange income from export of goods and services is the organization and implementation of principles, regulations and measures to bring foreign exchange obtained from exports into the banking and economic system in accordance with regulations.

Article ມາດຕາ 2

Article 53 Scope of Application
This agreement applies to exporters, commercial banks, and the departments of the Bank of the Lao PDR.

Article 4 Foreign Exchange Income of Exporters
Foreign exchange income of exporters is the amount of foreign currency specified in the purchase and sale contracts of exported goods and services.
After exporting goods and services, the exporter must bring the foreign exchange income obtained from such export into the Lao PDR through a deposit account related to import-export at a commercial bank that has been certified by the Bank of the Lao PDR.
