Article 1 Purpose

Article 2 Auction of Land Vehicle License Plate Numbers
Auction of land vehicle license plate numbers is the competition to obtain the highest price from the base price of land vehicle license plate numbers specified in this agreement, which individuals and legal entities wish to acquire the right to own and use.

Article ມາດຕາ 3

Article 3 Definition of Terms
The terms used in this agreement have the following meanings:

1. Land vehicle registration plate means a plate consisting of codes, letters, numbers and symbols prescribed and authorized by the Ministry of Public Works and Transport;

2. Four identical digits means a land vehicle registration plate number with four identical digits;

3. Four consecutive digits means a land vehicle registration plate number with four consecutive digits;

4. Pair identical digits means a land vehicle registration plate number with the left two digits identical and the right two digits identical;

5. Pair surrounding digits means a land vehicle registration plate number with four digits where the leftmost and rightmost digits are the same, and the middle two digits are a pair;

6. Pair alternating digits means a land vehicle registration plate number where the first digit is the same as the third digit, and the second digit is the same as the fourth digit;

7. Last three identical digits means a land vehicle registration plate number with a single digit on the left and three identical digits at the end;

8. Thousand digit means a land vehicle registration plate number with three digits ending in zero.
