Article 2 Fines and Other Measures

The terms used in this Decree have the following meanings:

3. Market price means the general buying and selling price in any area or locality;
4. Processing of timber and forest products means any production process using equipment, machinery, technology, or human labor;

Fines and other measures against violators of forest laws and regulations must follow the following principles:

4. Ensure the implementation of fine rates is uniform, correct, transparent, fair, and verifiable.
